this weekend was off the chain. went sailing with some awesome fellas. starting out with a quick night sail to the isle of wight. bit of food and banter. and night fishing (cos you CAN fish in the dark using a spinner. this is up for a debate)
in the morning we left cowes for around the isle of wight race. with me,dave r, luke r, foxy and chris in boat induna and in boat cool runnings dave o, tom p, mark t, james k, justyn m with boat induna quicker off the mark and staying close to the needles gained a great lead and won the race. anchored in easthead to let the other team catch up. we then anchored in inchiner for some good food. and to get a good nights rest.sunday "the day rest" which it deffinately wasnt. we left at about 10 ish for another race designed by both daves. will dodgy start from induna we were chasing for most of the way until they to tack to turn at a boy and with some swift sailing changes we caught up and managed to get a bit of lead. but boat cool runnings won and ill leave it at that.
but a great weekend and great race on both days. loved it cheers lads
