arrrgh me hearties

this weekend was off the chain. went sailing with some awesome fellas. starting out with a quick night sail to the isle of wight. bit of food and banter. and night fishing (cos you CAN fish in the dark using a spinner. this is up for a debate) in the morning we left cowes for around the isle of wight race. with me,dave r, luke r, foxy and chris in boat induna and in boat cool runnings dave o, tom p, mark t, james k, justyn m with boat induna quicker off the mark and staying close to the needles gained a great lead and won the race. anchored in easthead to let the other team catch up. we then anchored in inchiner for some good food. and to get a good nights rest.


sunday "the day rest" which it deffinately wasnt. we left at about 10 ish for another race designed by both daves. will dodgy start from induna we were chasing for most of the way until they to tack to turn at a boy and with some swift sailing changes we caught up and managed to get a bit of lead. but boat cool runnings won and ill leave it at that.

but a great weekend and great race on both days. loved it cheers lads

Car Upate

focusing on the peugeot this week removed all of the dash. the heater matix. lower half of the dash and some wiring. this week i plan to splice the wiring and start removing the bit i dont use (all adds up to losing more wieght) also like to finish most of the bodywork. currently the boot is done and the n.s.r quater. and sort 0ut my ignition panel.

this months plan is to plumb in fuel line (inc fuel pump, pressure gauge) and route the brake lines through the car. maybe relocate the battery. but ill see how things go.

Blog No.2 Post 3

woooop computer/internet back. been busy with taking everything out inc. all seats. bottom half of dash. heater matrix. all carpets and interior trim the only thing left inside in headlining. pictures will follow.

the hillman has been annoying me so much with the hunt for chrome filler strip. grrr but soon i will be able to drive her in the summer sun. 

start a new job on monday @ rt gaiger. should a be real good place to work. well excited about starting.

this weekend will be sailing aound the isle of whight, with some great friends should be a barrel of laughs.

computer ok?

good afternoon. at the moment using works computer so quick update. started sanding down the old french rat. more dents than a denty thing. pictures and a bigger update later in life.

Blog No2 Post 2

blaaaaaap im now part of brighton hill massive. moved home yesterday to a new crib (check out my street lingo) house party to follow. news on the peugeot new wing and indicator turning up tomorrow. still looking for a bucket seat. progress on the hillman new window filler strips turning up this week and then she will be back on the road. living the dream.

any some mug phoned today intrested in the hillman and asked the following questions:

1. would you take £1000? (yes you idiot)
2. how much brake horse power? (its a 1963 hillman brake horse power was'nt invented yet)
3. has it been in heartbeat? ( tit)

what an idiot! must of been bored of driving his 1.0l corsa with an exhaust bigger than his penis.
